Welcome to Dropify. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. Eligibility

By using our website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  • You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.

  • All information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and up to date.

2. Products

  • Product dimensions and specifications may have minor manufacturing tolerances.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

We reserve the right to:

  • Change prices at any time without prior notice.

  • Correct pricing errors.

  • Cancel orders affected by pricing or system errors.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded through the original payment method where applicable.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

Every order is subject to:

  • Stock availability.

  • Payment verification (where applicable).

  • Order verification.

  • Acceptance by Dropify.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability.

  • Pricing or technical errors.

  • Suspected fraud.

  • Incomplete or inaccurate customer information.

  • Violation of these Terms.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations within Pakistan.

For security purposes, Dropify may contact customers to verify COD orders before dispatch.

Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled.

Customers who repeatedly refuse confirmed COD orders without a valid reason may no longer be eligible for Cash on Delivery services.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times provided on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Dropify is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, public holidays, government restrictions, natural disasters, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery passes to the courier partner.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, exchanges, store credit, vouchers, and refunds are governed by our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to those policies.

8. Warranty

Warranty is available only on products where it is explicitly mentioned on the product page.

Warranty claims must first be submitted to Dropify. Where applicable, the warranty process may be handled by the manufacturer or brand according to their own warranty policies.

Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, negligence, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

9. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

  • Keep your account information up to date.

  • Use our website only for lawful purposes.

  • Not misuse or interfere with the operation of our website.

11. Prohibited Activities

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

Dropify reserves the right to:

  • Cancel orders involving unauthorized or fraudulent use of discount codes.

If you submit reviews, comments, photographs, or other content to Dropify, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content for marketing and business purposes.

You agree that your submissions:

  • Do not contain offensive, defamatory, or misleading content.

Dropify reserves the right to remove any content at its sole discretion.
